We have a passion for fresh healthy local ingredients. We are proud to have our own farm located just a few minutes from the hotel. Our meals are prepared with fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits that we get only from other local farms that fulfill our same philosophy of sustainable and organic practices when growing their products.
